Orders
If you wish to cancel your order, kindly reach out to us promptly for assistance at theteam@shopstopthebleed.com. Please be aware that orders cannot be canceled once they have been shipped.
We accept the following forms of payment.
Major credit cards: Visa, American Express, Discover, Master Card, etc.
If an item is unavailable, kindly send an email to theteam@shopstopthebleed.com.
If you encountered an error preventing you from completing your transaction, please get in touch with us at theteam@shopstopthebleed.com to report the issue.
If your payment was not accepted, please try another payment method.
Shipping
All orders are expected to be shipped within 10 business days from the date of the original order placement. During holiday and sale periods, orders will be shipped within 14 business days.
After an order has been processed, the following shipment transit times apply:
USPS First Class Package: 5-7 business days
USPS Priority Mail: 2-3 business days
USPS Priority Mail Express: 1 business day
Once an order has been placed, it's not possible to modify the shipping address. If you've mistakenly entered an incorrect shipping address, please reach out to us at theteam@shopstopthebleed.com to initiate order cancellation. Please note that orders already in transit cannot be canceled.
Once your order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.

Yes, simply input your preferred shipping address during the checkout procedure.
The shipping expenses for your order will be computed automatically as you proceed through the checkout process.
Returns
All sales are final since everything is custom made. If we shipped out the wrong size we will be happy to ship the correct size. If the item is damaged we will replace the item.
Our Return Policy
1. Place the items back into a box, including proof of purchase and a reason for return.
2. Generate a shipping label addressed to:

3. Deliver the box to your nearest UPS/FedEx/Post Office.
4. After your return has been processed, you should receive a confirmation email indicating that your funds have been received.
You can return a wrong size that was sent in error or something damaged.
All sales are final.
For returns received and processed by us within 30 days, we will promptly refund your purchase amount to the original form of payment. Returns typically take 3-5 business days to process after they are received at our warehouse.
